Digital Products Policy
- Instant Access: Once a digital download or purchase is completed, access to the file is granted immediately. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for digital goods once the order is confirmed and the product link is sent or accessed.
- Exceptions: If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing the purchased file, or if you receive a corrupted/faulty file, please contact us immediately. We will gladly resolve the issue or provide a replacement link.
